The 509 Allied Insulated Jacket combines rugged 5Flex durability with 300gsm Aurora Insulation for targeted warmth and mobility. PFAS-free DWR, full seam taping, and YKK Aquaguard zippers deliver all-weather protection and comfort.

• 5FLEX stretch shell is a newly improved material offering 10K/10K waterproof breathable, impact and tear resistant protection with flexibility for full range of motion
• Insulated with 400 grams of total insulation: 300 gms quilted zonal insulation and Aurora microfleece waffle, plus 100 grams Synloft for efficient warmth while managing moisture, without the bulk
• Fully seam taped with reinforced seams paired with C0 DWR (PFAS-free) elevate water shedding performance keeping you dry and warm all season long
